Applications are accepted on a first come – first served basis on our website. The online application process is designed to only accept applications for the amount of funds available for any given quarterly application period. The number of applications that will be accepted is calculated based on the funds available during an application period divided by the maximum allowable grant amount. Once the maximum number of applications for funding available is received, the online application system will close and not allow a new application to be created and submitted.

If you receive a message stating that we have accepted all applications for funding currently available (quarterly), you may apply the following quarter according to the grant award schedule below:
